Operator and current service

The operator determines why and how the limited information described here is processed. The application flow is a prototype for fictional test data only; production capture is disabled and the public site does not send application, identity or financial data to lenders.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security events to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. Session storage keeps the selected visual variant consistent during a browser session.

Email enquiries

If you email us, the contents and delivery records may be processed to answer and manage your enquiry. Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, bank or card details, passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or loan documents.

Sharing and retention

Hosting, security and mailbox providers may process limited information for these purposes. Prototype application data is not sent to lenders. Information is kept only as needed for the stated purpose or applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and grievances

Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a concern at hello@rupevi.com. A request may be limited where the law permits or requires it.

Changes

This policy will be updated before introducing application capture, lender matching, analytics or other material processing.
